Ivan Baxter graduated from Queens University of Belfast with a Ph D in Chemistry in 1985. After joining Nestlé in 1985, has held various technical positions within the organisation. Ivan is currently Environmental Affairs Manager for Nestlé UK.
Ivan is also currently Chairman of the Food and Drink Federation (FDF) Environment Committee.
As well as representing Nestlé views on Environmental issues, specialist areas of interest are:
Environmental Legislation,
Packaging, Packaging Waste and Recycling,
Pollution and Pollution Control,
Energy and Energy Conservation,
Environmental Taxes e.g. Landfill Tax and Climate Change Tax,
Transport
