Dr Martin Blake Job Title: Head of Corporate Social Responsibility and sustainability

Dr Martin Blake has over 20 years experience in business management and sustainability. While living in the UAE and Saudi Arabia Dr Blake completed his MBA in Organisational Analysis and Strategic Management and his DBA in Organisational Change.
For the last 3 1/2 years he has headed the Corporate Social Responsibility and sustainability team at Royal Mail and helped introduce a carbon management programme to combat climate change. He is also deeply involved in charity work, especially focusing on equal opportunity for those with learning disabilities.
